Igalia will sponsor two events in Lyon, France this month and will attend a third.

The Embedded Linux Conference Europe is happening from Oct 28 – Oct 30. It is an event that allows developers working on embedded Linux and industrial IoT products to gather for education and collaboration. Igalia is a sponsor and our very own Neil Roberts will present a talk on Embedded Graphics Drivers in Mesa on Tuesday October 29. Please visit our booth where we will demonstrate our latest contributions to open source browsers.

Next, we will sponsor the Gstreamer conference, taking place Oct 31 – Nov 1. This conference is for anyone interested in the GStreamer multimedia framework for Open Source and cross-platform multimedia. Several Igalians will attend, three of which will give presentations. Igalian Alicia Boya will present a talk about Validateflow. Philippe Normand will have a lightening talk titled WebKit-powered HTML and Thibault Saunier will present talks on GstTranscoder: A High Level API to Quickly Implement Transcoding Capabilities in your Applications, Video Editing: Targeting Professional Post Production Use cases and a lightening talk on A brand new documentation infrastructure for the GStreamer framework. Finally, we will also attend the KVM Forum which will happen Oct 30 – Nov 1. KVM Forum is a highly technical annual conference that brings together KVM developers and the users who depend on KVM as part of their products or offerings.
